Overgrown, run down, uninhabitable, full of junk….well enough of the good points!!! This place has potential – either for a bomb test site or for profit! Its good points are that it is very cheap and it is in Petrie!

Everything needs to be done – lots of hard work is required. What about the house? Well the less said the better! Apparently it has 3 bedrooms but I would say 2 bedrooms plus a sunroom or two. The bathroom and toilet need extensive work as does the electrical. The kitchen….well….. it is from a different era (or two) ago – it even still has the original timber burning stove!

However, it does have a huge, long work shed & storage and the yard has side access. There is also another good size garden shed. The yard is fully fenced and the block size is 725m2 so it is a good size but it is very overgrown and full of junk.

Needless to say that this sale will be “as is” ie what you see is what you get!

So if all these good points are not enough to get you excited, remember the price! It is very cheap and close to everything – it is going to take some hard work and creativity but the potential is there for a good investment or a cheap first home!
