This project has been designed with best sustainable practices in mind. The Riverside South precinct of the South Brisbane Neighbourhood plan has been earmarked for redevelopment into an inner city residential zone of increased density and affordable living choices. This Project has responded to the plan with a selection of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments which are ideally located close to public transport and within walking distance to the local ALDI store. The City Glider bus service stops 50m away at the Montague Road end of Victoria Street. At the other end of Victoria Street a new City Cat terminal will be constructed and Victoria Street converted in to a tree lined avenue connecting the ferry to West End.
