20 years ago when I started in real estate 1989 and I bought my first property around the corner from this one in1991, the best advice I was given, I will share with you…and that was this…what ever you buy (house etc) if you get into trouble with paying the loan.. as life goes on and I did…my 1st born a blessing but I had one less to help pay the loan. Anyway this is the question you got to ask can the RENT PAY FOR THE LOAN or most of it.
If so then you are on a winner…and has the property got scope to value add, you know expand add on or put up a shed or a granny flat etc…if so even a bigger winner and will the property go up in value if yes yes yes to all of the above then… why not call,. have a look and have a go.
