After meeting with the sellers of this home, I came to a very serious conclusion. They are meticulous about two things. 1) their presentation and 2) their attention to detail.

The simple fact is that in today’s world, it is hard to find a home that has been built with such attention to detail. The seller’s were so involved during the initial construction of the home, that they are even aware of the size and type of timber that was used for the framework.

From the laying of the floor tiles all the way up to the roof tiles, each step was carefully inspected by the seller. One of the very few homes that I believe will pass a building and pest inspection with flying colours.

When I set up weekly meetings with the sellers, I always asked to do them at dusk, purely so I could sit out with them on their balcony overlooking the beautiful view this home had to offer.
