The master bedroom with walk through robe and ensuite is also on this level and has spectacular views. There is an additional family bathroom on this level also. This first level has very high ceilings and a wonderful beach ambience.
Downstairs is a second living area (perfect for the kids or visitors). There are also two additional bedrooms, a large bathroom and separate laundry on this level. From the living area you walk onto another timbered deck with ocean views and into the garden. Off this deck area there is an additional room which could be used as a 4th bedroom, an office, a craft room or whatever you want it to be.
