Location: Situated on the exclusive east coast of Russell Island. The block is less than 1km from the main boat ramp, about 5km to the main jetty and 4.5km to the local shopping centre. Description: A waterfront block on Moreton Bay with excellent views across Canaipa Passage to North Stradbroke Island. The block slopes from 8.5 metres toward the east to the high tide mark. There is a small conservation reserve opposite the block. At low tide there is a beach which runs south for about 200m. Dimensions: The block is approximately 41 metres long (East to West) by 18 metres wide, and is 751m2 in area. Contour Map: The block slopes from about 8.5 metres AHD to about the high water mark. Highest astronomical tide is at 1.6m AHD.
