Tucked away, this beautiful home really took me by surprise! As I pulled off Winstanley Street, into the tree laden estate you navigate around Kilmorey Street and find your new home. A peaceful place for the kids to ride their bikes or play out the front of your home, which is great because you can still keep your eyes on them! I pulled up to this beautiful home and noticed immediately some stand out selling points.

Whilst there is plenty of shaded parking on the driveway, an ample amount of street level parking is also available.
The garage has been converted in to a granny flat/teenage retreat with a large bedroom and a living are with bench, ready for a kitchenette to be installed to complete this potential dual living gem. As you walk in, the home opens up with the entrance leading into the formal lounge and dining room. It’s definitely big enough to fit everyone around the TV for film night, or to put the kids whilst you escape in the open plan kitchen/dining/living area. It’s here, I would probably spend most of my time!

Opening out to the covered alfresco area, the garden is littered with sub-tropical plants and trees, which sets the tone to a relaxing Sunday with a glass of wine looking over a huge salt water pool. Definitely an ideal place to escape!

The bedrooms are a good size, and due to the layout of the home, the accommodation can be revised to suit your lifestyle. Much like the current owners have done by using one of the bedrooms as a study. The established flora, huge deck and pool area definitely set this home apart! Private, but still close enough to anywhere you want to go. You will feel at home once you step inside. With all the potential you won’t want to miss out on your opportunity to own this fantastic home.

‘What the Owner Says’
Since Stephen and I moved our family here two and a half years ago, we have loved living here!
It’s quiet, surrounded by trees and beautiful homes but it still close to shops and only a short trip to the airport when needed. We both work internationally, for part of the year, and now want a relaxing lifestyle by the ocean when we are home. Now is the perfect time for our family to move, and enjoy a sea change, and also to get closer to our children’s school. The convenience of living so close to Brisbane and still having both the Gold and the Sunshine Coast so close made it so easy to buy our home. We will be sad to say goodbye but now it’s time for someone else to enjoy it as much we have.
