Suited to Subdvision
This is a ‘true blue” Queenslander that has had a hard life, but an interior inspection will not disappoint as there are lots of Queensland features.
As this home sits on 809m2 on two lots I will endeavour to answer some of your questions regarding development.
Q. Can the home be demolished?
A. I think No would be the answer here but check with the Brisbane City Council
Q. Can the home be moved to one side?
A. Probably but just remember to bring your tape as they can only be a certain width for it to be successful. BCC will supply you with this width.
Q. Can we build townhouses in the back?
A. This would probably be a “yes” but please check once again with BCC
Q. Has there been any preliminary work done on what can be done with the 809m2
A. Yes the preliminary sketches will be on display at the first open, but just remember they are just preliminary ideas – they are not approved by Council, but they do show you can use the existing house plus add three townhouses.
Q. What is the frontage
A. Each lot is 11metres so that would make the frontage a whopping 22 metres.
Most important question: Could we extend the property and just have a beautiful old Queenslander on a very large block?
Don’t need to check with the BCC for this Answer. Most definitely YES and we look forward to talking to those Buyer’s out there who would like to do just that.
