Edgewater CTS11512 is a medium rise permanent residential tower located at 36 Glen Road Toowong QLD 4066. There has never been a Caretaking/Letting Agreement issued by the Body Corporate, and caretaking tasks in the past have been covered by a paid employee of the Body Corporate.
The Body Corporate is now seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified parties to take up a newly prepared Caretaking and Letting Agreement for this building.

The proposed Caretakers remuneration is $56,100 (Fifty six thousand one hundred dollars) per annum plus GST. This figure is based on 51 lots in Edgewater CTS11512 at $1100 per lot per annum. The Caretaking and Letting Agreement will allow for annual CPI increases to the remuneration.
The Body Corporate will need to approve any offer in general meeting
Please note that there is no managers unit included in the offering, and there is no requirement to reside on site.
