There are 3 bedrooms, an ensuite, big lounge/family area and separate dining. The covered entertainment area looks onto the park and the fenced yard allows the family to kick a ball and run with your supervision.

3 split system air conditioners in the bedrooms allow sound, comfortable sleep and the evaporative system in the living areas allows the doors and windows to be left open for fresh air living.

There is a single carport and vehicle access to the backyard. A 5m x 3m lawn locker completes the garden shed.
