The estate has 124 housing blocks, 29 duplex sites, and two medium density sites of 15 to 80 units each. There is an 800-metre wildlife corridor with three man-made lakes. South of the corridor, there’s a further 10 hectares that they hope to develop into a small commercial precinct and establish parkland.

Stages one and two total 77 housing lots and a 15-unit medium density site. Titles should be issued, allowing us to be ready for settlements, by mid-August. Only the large medium density site is awaiting final council approval.
