Kui Downs and Venture are a highly productive aggregation of two properties that compliment each other with the leucaena development, cultivation and improved pasture, whilst having solid and appropriate infrastructure. The impressive soils offer the ability to diversify or specialise in the grazing/farming sectors. The vendors saw an opportunity to create a truly highly sustainable productive beef operation and now won’t fully experience the benefit’s of their impressive development program, with the establishment of 2097 ha of leucaena and associated pastures. The ongoing growth of the vendor’s core business has changed the longer term strategic plan which has made these properties non-core assets and are therefore being sold.
