The country comprises principally gently undulating softwood scrub with brigalow and bottletree influence.

Subdivided into 18 paddocks including a short laneway from a back paddock to the yards. The property is run on 3 breeder herds with 4 barb fences separating these herds and the internal fences inside the herd paddocks 3 barbs.

Water
Well watered by 8 dams constructed in good sites on the gullies draining through the property. One large dam is equipped with a mill pumping to a 3000 gallon fibreglass tank on a high stand at the yards reticulating supply to the yards and 2 troughs. One dam is equipped with a small windmill supplying 1000 gallon tank and 1 trough.

Carry Capacity
The owners run a total of 240 breeding cows in 3 x 80 cow herds. Weaners average between 260 and 300 kilograms liveweight.
