Lot (A) Tukamuna Farm 390 acres

Country:
Frontage to Three Moon Creek with alluvial and heavy creek loams, approximately 190 acres of forest grazing is on the northern side of the highway and is watered by a large dam and trough.

Irrigation:
2 irrigation bores supplies approximately 120 acres serviced by underground irrigation mains. The property is in the Three Moon Creek irrigation area downstream from Cania Dam and benefits directly from aquifer recharge releases from the dam.

Bore One is a three phase 25hp Pomona turbine pump (the motor has recently be reconditioned), Bore Two is interconnected to this bore and the master control can run each bore separately or combined, Bore Two is equipped with a three phase electric submersible pump.

Stock & Domestic Water:
Water is supplied to 2 storage tanks at the yards (approx. 20,000 gallons of storage) and 2 x 5,000 gallon poly tanks from Bore 1, Bore Two also has a stock water offtake.
An old irrigation bore is unequipped and can be used for stock water if required. On the house side 8 troughs are spread throughout the property also 3 small dams in the grazing paddocks, a large dam and 1 trough are on the northern side of the highway.

Yards, Feed Pens & Fencing:
Majority of the property has been re-fenced with 4 barb wire and wooden posts with laneways to the timber yards featuring a covered vet crush and bull feeding pens. The dairy building is located at the yards.
