To formally increase this capacity the purchaser would need to apply to DAFF and also AUSMEAT to get the feedlot registered and accredited. Rural power supplied to station complex. Water:
The property has an excellent water supply for stock and domestic use with adequate reticulation. Stock watering facilities are generally in good condition. Overall the property is considered to be well watered.
