A 60 acre block at St Lawrences Northern Access Road. The block has a 400 meter frontage to the salt water, tidal St Lawrence creek. The creek exits to the Broad Sound, 6 kilometres away.
Also located on the block is a massive spring-fed Dam that has never emptied. A fantastic swimming hole during summer. The owner considered putting a house boat on the dam to have a party pontoon and home.
The block has recent fire breaks pushed on the highway and southern boundaries, these are accessible by 4 wheel drive.. The northern section of the block, bordering the creek, is naturally grass covered. This section is half of an old airstrip that was shared with the neighbouring block. This section is flat and clear, ideal for many hobbies.

The southern section has views of the St Lawrence Broad Sound, an incredibly private area. Numerous ideal home sites, with much usable flat area or gently sloping sites, all private. A very interesting block, with heaps of room to enjoy life and entertain friends and family. Worth a visit just to see St Lawrence and enjoy a beer in the old Pub.

St Lawrence is a small town in between Rockhampton and Mackay. The town has a population of 170 and is a refreshing change in an increasing complex world. A great and safe place to raise a family. The Shire Council and its Staff are highly competent and honest, a definite rarity these days. The town is in pristine condition all year round with some great local facilities. A great rural atmosphere with great rural people.
