The block is situated on the Western side of the Bruce Hwy at the intersection of the Northern Access Road into St Lawrence (Township 6 Km away).
The block has Salt Water frontage onto the St Lawrence Creek which is tidal. The salt water makes it way up to the St Lawrence Freshwater Weir, which is on the Western boundry of the block. Great Barra fishing during the season from the creek’s edge. The freshwater section is stunning, especially when freshwater is pouring over the weir at full force.
The main section of the block is fully fenced with barb, but does need some little attention.
Fresh water residential use for the block is available from the St Lawrence fresh water weir, there are pipes laid already which need hooking up again.
Power and phone are on the boundry with different options available as the power and phone wires wrap around the boundry.
The total area of the Block is 46.33 acres( 18.75 ha). Over half of this block is in the E.P.A White Vegetation Zone.
The block has an old large concrete floored work shed, which was part of the quarry operations many years ago (needs attention). The block also comes with an old 20 foot caravan, which the owner has been living in since purchasing.
The owner is currently dozing a new house site on the hill which will give good views of all the surrounding area and increased privacy. Also conducting a burn off of all the flat gravelled work quarry areas in the block (5+ acres). Photos will be updated when work is done.
Very interesting and private block, with many possibilities.
St Lawrence is a great little town, with top locals, top pub, and a real country feel. Just do not mention to any out of towners about the fishing out the front, we prefer to keep that quiet. Never talk about the mud crabs with outsiders!
Also St Lawrence is right in the middle of some major projects coming up in the next few years.
