The Bowen Unit Development Site comprises of 20 units – 14 x 2 bedrooms in the Tower and 6 x 2 bedroom Townhouses at the front of the block.

The units all have a North East outlook with a water view over the Gloucester Island & Passage within walking distance to Centre Point Plaza and CBD.

The following have resulted from meetings with the Whitsunday Regional Council:

- DA Approval with conditions (as per DA decision notice).
- Prelim Drawings for the Development.
- The Transformer has been installed by Ergon to cater for the power demands for the Development.
- Geotechnical Investigations have been conducted along with the Engineer
s retaining wall design.
- Water CAD Modelling and Sewer analysis have been completed in a draft form and we are now waiting for a meeting with Council to determine what contributions they will require for the Development. The results of this meeting will be forwarded on request.
