LOCATION
Approximately 14 Km South West of Bowen on the northern side of the Don River. The Bowen – Collinsville Rd dissects the property.

COUNTRY
Mostly level to gently sloping sandy loams and alluvial soils running to brown clay loams, developed to irrigation. The land is eminently suited to horticulture.

WATER
Secure water from underground, Don River and overland flow. Water sources include a licensed allocation of 270.8 megalitres and a 101 ha licence which are also supplemented by considerable overland flow to the main storage dam of approximately 500 megalitre capacity. All waters are reticulated throughout the farm in PVC mains.
