This beautiful block of land is ready for residential subdivision and centrally located in the township of Greenvale. This is an opportunity to be apart of a huge development in Greenvale as this block borders onto the streets of Greenvale and already has town water connected and power accessible all the way around. It has been advised that this block of land can be subdivided into anything from 800m2 blocks to 5 acre blocks. The owners are now have council approval for the access road to be installed. Access to land is via Malaleuka Ct.

Features:
* 37.40 Ha
* Town water
* Full Council approval for subdivision
* Power accessible.

There is Council Approval in place (see attached map) granting access for future subdivision. Also, another road access may be possible from the Green Vale Valley Road to the North if required, as the road already exists under the power line. An application for this purpose would have to be submitted to the Council.

Opportunity is knocking at your door, very rarely do I see something of this size and at such a low price! So there is low risk all round! Please call Lisa Palmer at Raine and Horne Charters Towers for more information today.

GREENVALE NICKEL SALES AGREEMENT DEAL REACHED BY METALLICA
Article Featured in the Northern Miner – 19th September 2014

Resource development company Metallica Minerals has entered a royalty agreement that will see nickel mined from the Dingo Dam Mining Lease near Greenvale.
The lease is part of Metallica’s non-core Lucky Break Nickel Project, 205km north of Charters Towers and south east of the larger SCONI scandium-nickel and cobalt project.
The private company, which Metallica has not named, will be responsible for all mining operations and activities and associated rehabilitation at Dingo Dam.
Dingo Dam is subject to several conditions precedent regarding road access, and confirmation of compensation payable and access under the existing landowner agreement.
There will be three payments totaling $650,000 within the next year, as well as an additional $4 per tonne for any tonnages above 130,000 tonnes of nickel ore extracted from the site.
The agreement will be voided if the private company does not extract 60,000 tonnes of nickel from the mine site within 12 months of signing the order.
Any ore that is mined, but not removed from the area is to be stockpiled for Metallica’s future use.
Metallica reports that forecast production increases in stainless steel industry going forward will drive an increase in nickel demand.
The SCONI project, formerly known as NORNICO, has identified a very high purity scandium oxide.
Metallica Minerals completed a Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) in early 2013 to produce over 50tpa high purity scandium oxide for 20 years.
Metallica Minerals remains in ongoing discussions with potential end users of scandium in relation to potential off take.
