41.63 hectares total area. Historical records show that the majority of the area was cultivated some time ago. There are no Sunwater channel outlets adjoining the property. Supply previously came from one of the outlets adjoining Pangola Paddock. There is a proposed Sunwater irrigation allocation of 150ML to be sold with the property. There is a small amount of timbered area along the western edge of the property. The property has 2 frontages to Weaver Road.
Millaroo is approximately 60km South West of Ayr, just off the banks of the Burdekin River. It is a mainly an irrigated farming community with some grazing areas. The main crop grown in the area is sugar cane with some horticulture, vegetables, grapes and sandalwood. The Millaroo township has a Primary School, Social Club and swimming pool with a daily Secondary School bus run to Ayr. There is a sealed road from Millaroo to Ayr.
