340 acres of scrub soil with improved pastures over the majority of the property. The steeper country runs onto the plateaus that are covered in Kikuyu pastures. There is some natural forest country still standing and there is over 1 km of frontage to the National park.

The stock are well watered by spring fed gullies with permanent water holes and km of frontage to Running Creek. There is an irrigation licence from the creek plus a livestock and domestic licence. Water is pumped from the creek to 2 tanks and then gravity fed back to the house and 3 toughs.
