COUNTRY TOPOGRAPHY & TYPE:

Flat to slightly undulating red loam soils with grey flood out country. Originally timbered with Box, 70% of the property has been pulled and aerial seeded with Buffel leaving stands of Broad Leaf Ironbark & Coolibah. Other grasses consist of Mulga Oats, Mulga Mitchell, Creeping Blue Grass, Native Grasses with herbages consisting of Pig Weed and Button Grass. A license to pull 1200 acres is in place.

WATER:

Bindebango Shared Flowing Artesian Bore piped throughout property to tanks and troughs. Dams consist of old bore drain dams and have excellent catches even in short heavy falls.
