Fencing: Property is divided into 3 main paddocks plus one small holding paddock and two small ring-lock pens. All internal fencing was new at time of purchase (2005) mainly 4 strands barbwire and plain wire with some ring-lock fencing. Boundary fencing was new at time of purchase on two sides and back, 3 barb and 4 plain on one side. The boundary fronting the Moonie Highway is older netting fencing.
Water: The property has a small seasonal creek which crosses from west to east and situated on this is one large permanent dam approximately 80m x 100m and some 6m deep. Also two smaller dams, one near shed and other in the back paddock. There are 2 pressure pumps, one new on the rainwater tank and one other near front dam for watering lawns and animals.
