Now just look at the size of this property. How often do you get the chance to buy a grazing property with a house on it for less than $1000 per acre? This is less than $850 per acre. I am not expecting this to last long.
The home is a large old Queenslander in pretty good nick. The main bedroom has french doors onto the enclosed front verandah, and it offers a walk-in robe. There are two other smaller bedrooms, plus a sleepout. The dining and lounge rooms are over-sized, so a very good venue for entertaining your friends. The kitchen is a large country style kitchen with a choice of stoves. The bathroom has been modernized and is very large.
Outside you have a two bay garage with a concreted room off the side. There is no power in the shed; but I can’t imagine that it wouldn’t cost much to run it the 6 or 7 metres from the house. There is another 4 bay machinery shed with a dirt floor about 20 metres from the house.
The land is timbered grazing country with a small creek running through there. This is granite type country, so any underground water should be good. I did notice a ‘green spot’ near the house, but I won’t make too much of that.
So; give me plenty of notice and I will get the old farm ute out and take you for a tour.
