SITUATED:100 kms south west of Cunnamulla and 31 kms south of Eulo.

RAINFALL: 350mm average rainfall or 14 inches in old terms.

AREA: 26,443ha (65,342 acres) plus extensive unfenced stock route. All unrestricted freehold.

COUNTRY: Mostly red mulga country with areas of soft grey/black soil areas, areas of swamps and water courses consisting of Lignum, Cain grass and some blue bush and approximately 15,000 acres of flooded river country. Timbered with predominately mulga, which is very palatable and edible for livestock, with large areas of Yapunyah, Gidgee, Beefwood, Box and small areas of Brigalow.
