Situation: 20km East of Clifton in the Upper Pilton District, midway between Toowoomba and Warwick.
Area: 347 Hectares – 857.43 Acres
Country: Approximately 2/3 of property has been blade ploughed and sown to Digitaria and Rhodes Grass. Elevated grazing country, all good dark soil, ranging from open flats and gullies to shaded hilltops. Good timber control has been practiced and a PMAV is locked in place.
Cultivation: None at present but areas of old cultivation exist and could be returned to the plough.

Improvements: Near new hayshed, 48′ x 40′ x 12′ high, 2nd smaller hay/storage shed at yards.
Remarks: Kurrajong Hills’ is a very well positioned and developed grazing block, carrying a large body of feed at present. It represents an opportunity to secure quality grazing land in a sought after tick free position close to all markets and feedlots.
