Country:

Generally typical western flood plain country rising away from Whalan Creek which forms most of the southern boundary. There are several small areas of lighter ridge country through the property providing valuable refuge during floods. Soils are generally deep black alluvial self-cracking type whilst timber consists of predominantly Coolabah with some Box, Myall and Boonery.

Approx. 568 ha (1,404 ac) are at present being cultivated in preparation for the 2013 winter crop following Faba Beans in 2012.
