On entry there is an air conditioned lounge with lovely timber floors leading to a traditional kitchen resplendent with a new checker board tiled floors and adjoining air conditioned dining/sunroom and second toilet. There are 3 bedrooms at the other side of the house with a wet-room style bathroom complete with heated floor. Outdoor living adjoins the sunroom and is kept cool by huge avocado and macadamia trees. The laundry and second shower are located at the rear in the garaging area in the large fenced rear yard. All secure with safety grips so it is friendly for Nana, but upgraded to suit a more modern approach.
