Under replacement value and the resort is due to reopen December approx now is the time to act before the property prices increase again.

We are going to miss the peace and quiet out here. The most awesome scenery and most of all, the view from both back decks. It has been truly a wonderful environment for the kids to grow up in…away from the hustle and bustle, the distractions and influences associated with growing up in suburbia. I guess for us the main focus for our tree change was our kids. Kooralbyn is a place where kids can roam free, explore and have a great adventure. It has all that anyone needs, We are just 20 mins drive from Beaudesert, 40 mins to Jimboomba, 1hr 15 mins to the city,1hr 20 mins to the Gold Coast. We have our local shops just 3 mins drive away, with a doctor, pharmacy, Foodworks, Takeaway, Cafe/ Restaurant and service station. We are fortunate to have a wonderful school TKIS: The Kooralbyn International School boasting students such as our very own Cathy Freeman and Adam Scott. The school specialises in Equestrian, Aviation, Golf and Tennis programmes, as well as the standard range of normal school curriculums. A 20 min walk, 4 min drive with a bus service to the top of our street, taking the kids to and from school if necessary or a route to Beaudesert as well.
There is also of course the Kooralbyn resort, which is rumoured to have a few interested parties looking into the purchase and re-opening of its doors, which will boost both employment, Infrastructure and with it the local economy and real estate values.
For the adults, there is a certain freedom and tranquility upon leaving Beaudesert heading to Kooralbyn, once you are on the “3 mile”, a phrase affectionately coined by the locals, for the long straight out of Beauy, the scenery immediately sets the mind into neutral, there are no traffic lights, no Traffic Jams, no roundabouts and built up estates, just rolling paddocks and green meadows filled with cows and horses. Farm Houses and barns and the most amazing sunrises and sunsets.
If you are into wild life then this is the place. An abundance of pretty faced wallabies, possums, bandicoots, a huge array of beautiful birds, ducks, swans, swamp hens and a reported increase in koala sightings.
We have everything the big city has in terms of excellent digital television stations, access to foxtel and adsl 2 + broadband, all that but without the smog and overpopulated estates. After a hard days work, there is nothing more rewarding than the drive home to settle you into the country lifestyle. Unfortunately for us a relocation is necessary, our family has grown up and our requirements have changed.
We have been blessed to have a street full of great neighbours, quality homes and fantastic views.
