Country and Cultivation: Most flat to gently undulating Brigalow Belah quality country, with some melon holes.
Approximately 5,000 acres has been cultivated in the past, some of which has recently been returned to grass. Some of the cultivation country has been sown to Bambatsi, There is a good cover of Buffel over most of the property, with Blue grass and clover the main natural pastures.
Large areas have been blade ploughed over the past few years, all the timber is down with some areas to be raked and ploughed.

Water: The main water is provided by a new deep bore, equipped with a solar powered Mono pump which is connected to a cluster of 6 X 5000 gallon tanks. There are several dams in various paddocks including house dams equipped with pumps for the gardens and sheds.
The water is regarded as excellent.
Improvements: The main homestead is a partially renovated lowest semi modern timber home in very good condition. It has 3 bedrooms, renovated kitchen and family room, wood heater, electric stove, solar hot water, in-ground pool and cool room. The workers cottage is a high set timber dwelling, recently levelled and re-stumped, 3 bedrooms and in good condition.
There are several machinery sheds, all in good condition, old shearer’s quarters, vehicle sheds and a tidy transportable hut in very good condition.
The main cattle yards are Heavy duty steel panels, including crush, cradle and loading ramp, secondary yards also steel with crush and ramp.
