When they planned this home it was designed to accommodate a wheelchair, so you will find that some of the rooms are massive.
Each of the main rooms has it’s own reverse cycle air conditioner, and for this reason the wood heater has been removed. See if you can tell from the photos where it use to be.
The main bedroom has an ensuite and a walk in robe, as well as the air conditioner. The wheelchair bedroom has access to the two way bathroom, and it’s own air conditioner. Beside it is a smaller bedroom for any carer that might be staying over night. The fourth bedroom is used as a study and it’s built in robe has become the bookshelf.
A great patio is positioned at the rear off the family room and overlooks a water feature to the north and a Japanese garden to the east.
The workshop is next to the house and can contain one car plus an amazing work area with lights and power. The double garage is camouflaged. I drove right passed without realising it was there. Then there is the caraport which is also inconspicuously located.
My fingers are tired of typing, so how about you ring me and we will just go out and have a look instead?
