SITUATION:
16 kms South of Thallon via Carnarvon Highway, 23 kms North of Mungindi, St George 93 kms, Moree 146 kms.

COUNTRY:
Generally flat to gently undulating country with deep red Chocolate loam soils. Timber consists of mostly Brigalow, Belah, Wilga, Box, Sandalwood and Kurrajong. Approximately 2,800 Ac (1,140 Ha) are currently being farmed for cash cropping and forage crops. A further 1,215 Ha has been cultivated, either for cropping or for pasture improvement purposes.

Minoo is a well developed mixed farming operation offering good cash cropping combined with stock breeding or back grounding opportunities backed up by excellent improvements.
