This is where a small crops farmer should start. Very fertile soil evidenced by the very tall stands of rhodes grass and the healthy stretches of kikuya.
The first shed is a 6m X 6m lock-up garage with a concrete floor. The second shed is a 9m X 6m three bay machinery shed with a dirt floor.
Power is onto the property. At one time it had been connected to the lock-up garage to operate a water pump, but it is now disconnected.
There is a good deep dam down by the back boundary with an access road down to it. The creek is just a trickle at present, as it is our dry season. There is a small timber cattle yards with a ramp.
You also get some hidden treasure amongst the tall stands of grasses, but you must come and have a look for yourself to see what value you would place on this treasure.
See you soon.
