Two lateral irrigators will water irrigation area over a 4 day period delivering 120 points. Fertiliser can be delivered through irrigation system. At present storage and surges all full capacity.

FENCING: Subdivided with internal 4 barb fencing into numerous paddocks for farming or grazing. 18-20km fencing (some internal and some boundary) recently renewed, including steel assemblies and steel gates.

CARRYING CAPACITY: 150 breeders and progeny on grazing land.
