Located on the banks of Baffle Creek this popular caravan and camping park is unique in the fact that is peaceful and serene with abundant bird and wildlife, on a pristine unpolluted river system.

23.3 acres with a boat ramp (all tide) and jetty, there are 40 sites (34 powered)
11 on-site caravans with solid annexes and one cottage (fully disable friendly) for hire. Each on-site van is complete with bedding, linen, crockery, cutlery, TV, fridge/freezer, microwave, large gas stove, electric fry pan, jug, toaster and fans. Four have air-conditioning. Three have their own en-suite, patio, carport and BBQ. 8 en-suite sites with 12 more partly constructed (footings and under-slab pipes).

Facilities include: Laundromat, ablution block, large undercover BBQ area with 2 coin operated gas BBQs and TV, office/shop and in-ground swimming pool with BBQ area.

There is a full size bowling green (tiff dwarf grass) with clubhouse fully equipped with stainless steel kitchen at one end and bathroom facilities for ladies, men and disabled persons. A development application was lodged 01/04/2005 for a Hotel Licence and is still current.

Approx. 10 acres is laid out to accommodate a 6 hole golf course which can be played as a composite 12 hole. Several sets of clubs, bags and buggies are for hire.

Over 4,000 trees and shrubs have been planted to provide shade and screening between the larger than average sites.
