Only 1 km from these 50 acres and you will be at Flat Rock which is a picnic area and boat ramp on Baffle Creek – 2km and you’ll be on lovely Rules Beach.

This property has huge potential to be something special.
Although low lying towards the front, the majority of the property is high and dry.
Don’t be put off by this wetland area which is zoned green – these areas are essential for wildlife (see the echidna I tripped across in the photos) and the bird life is prolific.

A track has been pushed in which takes you to the middle of the property where a large, previously cleared area is zoned white by DNR.
An old caravan is located here which, once cleaned up, would be perfect for those get away week-ends.
With this block you really do have a touch of all Mother Nature offers in this area.
The rear half of the property is a delightful blend of large Bloodwoods, Gums and She Oaks to name a few and you can easily understand why this area is zoned pink.
Being quite dense made it hard to take photos.

An area at the front has only just been selectively cleared and stick raked, with piles to be burnt when the weather permits.

With bitumen to the door, mail is delivered 5 days and power is available at the front boundary as is the school bus.
