Sip cocktails on the beach entry of the large (12m x 5.5m) in-ground saltwater swimming pool with underwater coloured lighting which has ducting ready for a heating system if required; have an aperitivo sitting at the outdoor hardwood servery while listening to music on the centrally controlled, wired in-ceiling alfresco sound system or host a barbecue in the black granite topped outdoor kitchen, simply surrounded by the tranquil sounds of nature. The alfresco is covered by a large roof designed to block the full summer sun, but allow the gentler winter sun to enter the house.

The lavish ensuite bathroom (13.5m2) has floor to ceiling tiles, wired in-ceiling speakers, floor level lighting, Travertine wash basins (imported from Montemerano in Tuscany), bidet, large semi-framed shower and large spa corner bath looking out onto the garden and the starry sky.
All but three rooms have direct access to the outside space, which includes more than 200 square meters of outdoor tiled area, accessed via sliding glass doors. A guest annexe with double bedroom and ensuite bathroom opens up onto a private and secluded Jarrah-decked courtyard. The fully mature garden has been designed to be low maintenance, with an automated sprinkler/irrigation system for the extensive Empire Zoysia lawns and weed-proof borders topped with decorative white marble rocks. There are in-ground path-lights, coloured feature spot-lights and roof height security flood lights.
There is a small frosted glass pedestrian gate and a large vehicular gate at the front of the house allows access for a boat, Winnebago or caravan and there is sufficient room at the far end of the garden for a single tennis court without impinging on the beautiful lawn.
