Wait until I show you the 360 degree views from these 539.4 acres (218.3ha) in Berajondo. I can see a camp set up here with much laughter being had around a fire pit at nights with a blanket of stars overhead. Mind you it could be a toss up between this spot or down near the seasonal creek.

Extremely private, the property is attractive and interesting to explore. Tracks throughout make it easy to drive around and boundaries have excellent firebreaks. If you wanted to run some cattle, there is a set of yards with crush, round yard and 5 small holding paddocks. There is a both a truck and trailer loading ramp. A dam near the yards supplies water for the cattle.

Ranging between 89m and 138m above sea level, lovely views can be seen from around the block. Unfortunately they donÂ’t show up well in the photos. There is a lovely seasonal creek which has some interesting rock formations. I love the bridge that has been built across this to gain access to the yards in the wet. Although this is a bush block, forestry Practice has been placed over the property allowing timber to be milled if desired. For an explanation of this please feel free to contact me.

If you enjoy fishing and boating then you have a choice of either Baffle Creek or Agnes Water/1770 – both an easy drive away. This is a great block for those that love both what the country and coast can offer.

The nearest P-12 school is located in Rosedale (approx. 15 mins drive) which also has a general store, hotel, great food at the Tiny Tea House, and a post office and hardware. The school bus can be caught nearby if you decided to build and move here.

Approx. distances: Rosedale 16km, Baffle Creek 31km, Bundaberg 74km, Agnes Water 65km, Gladstone 129km.
