Well my first impression was certainly good. As you walk in off the street you walk through lovely tropical gardens with meandering paths and are greeted by two large solid doors, around you are the sounds of birds and off to your right is a ramp for the mobility impaired person.
In the backyard you have a double garage, barbecue area with a feature garden and waterfall. I particularly like the idea of NO lawns to mow, this entire an acre is made up of living space, gardens, paths and driveways.
Let’s have a look inside but which door should we use. The majority of the rooms have glass sliding doors that lead to yet another part of the garden. Let’s start with the front door. Just inside is a large living area with feature wall, air conditioning and down lights. The next room is the formal dining room with its own air conditioning and is a centre piece for this home. The kitchen is well appointed and is already plumbed with water for the fridge. The bedrooms are all a good size and there is three bathrooms in total.
There are a lot of little extras with this home, for example, off street parking for guests and an electronic watering system. The pantry in the kitchen is on runners and there is a good driveway for storing boats and caravans.
My first impression was excellent and I would like you to make your own. Call Michael Limb to arrange a private viewing on 040 263 8017.
