This Home is of Solid timber Construction, and is high set, approximately 15 meters in diameter, 10 sided & built around 21 12″ telegraph poles. Additionally decking / veranda’s have been added to the front and back adjoined by a 2mtr wide decking catwalk.

Construction is breathtakingly unique including the use of a wondrous combination of exotic timbers i.e.
Cyprus, Bunya Pine, Silky Oak, Tea-Tree, Cedars, Western Red Cedar, Brown Cedar, Hickory Ash and Crows Ash, Spotted Gum, Blue Gum, Tulip Oak, & Kudgeree.

External cladding is of Tulip Oak & Kudgeree, Internal wall linings are Cyprus and Bunya Pine paneling.

The floors throughout the entire home are polished timber (2 part Estapol). Flooring timbers are: Spotted Gum, Blue Gum , Local Cyprus, with Hickery Ash and Crows Ash in the bathroom.

Front and back veranda’s, the Kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and laundry are on a split level stepped down 6″ below the lounge room and bedrooms.

Central to this amazing home is the family / lounge room, semi circular & approximately 34′ (10m) long by 25′ (7m) wide. Vaulted ceiling rising to the central pole and 5 sided sky light with windows of amber and green providing beautiful lighting & ventilation.

Also featured within the lounge room are colored glass windows of amber and green, there is also an internal stair case leading from the lounge-room to garaging beneath the home.

The Kitchen overlooks the catwalk and front veranda, bench tops are all 3″ thick solid Cyprus with a built in table of 3″ Bunya pine with a Cedar inlay & support on a Tea Tree
forked branch finished in a 2 part Estapol providing a silky smooth surface for ease of cleaning.

Bathroom is also solid timber, with built in shelving & louvre cupboard, a solid bench top of red and brown cedar, the shower cubicle is built into one corner in marina ply and is fully coated in epoxy resin and Fibre glass as is the entire bathroom floor.
The solid cast Iron pedestal hand basin and matching claw foot bath both finished in a deep “British Racing Green” are both bold and beautiful.

The spacious front veranda offers a real connection to the natural treed surrounds both wonderfully scenic and very private. A
really peaceful easy feeling of being at one with nature pervades your mind while relaxing with the friendly native bird life.
