This business sells custom designed steel sheds and buildings in the Childers area, including Maryborough, Gin Gin, Bundaberg, Biggenden, Woodgate and Buxton etc . Sheds are manufactured from quality Australian made BHP steel that is supplied by our parent company in Gympie. This is a freehold company and therefore not committed to any costly franchise fees.

Our range of products include sheds, carports, awnings, barns, machinery sheds and commercial industrial buildings. All being covered by our own Engineered drawings and certification. We complete and lodge Council Development Applications for customers, use local contractors to put down slabs, and local shed erecting contractors.

The business has been operating in the area for over two years, so it is well established, however, there is a great potential for expansion. Currently we are a local agent for National Poly Industries to supply tanks where required.

The business would come with all office equipment, furniture, computer, laptop computer and software. There is also ADSL broadband, separate fax line and two different telephone lines. The property would be leased to the purchaser, at $300/week plus outlays, with a lease term to be negotiated.
