85.65 ha (211.64 acres) which is the last and most western of the larger battle axe shaped properties on the northern side of Matchbox Rd. This would be a very private coastal strip hide away.

At the rear, it is the upper reaches of Five Mile Creek which has two water courses that join. These water courses are seasonal. Many potential dam sites are at the rear of the property.

A 20m above sea level plateau is in the middle of the property. This is a delightful elevated site for a home.

Power and phone run past the front boundary on the road reserve.

The property is 960m wide at the rear and 1.6km deep.

The property is 9km from the Pacific Ocean as the Kookaburra flies.
The majority of this property is zoned dark pink (remnant endangered ecosystem). A small area in the north east corner is orange (remnant of concern ecosystem).
