This 100 hectare (247 acre) property located along quiet, winding Maude Hill Road is enticing not only because of its size and the fact that its rear boundary borders Deepwater National Park, but also because Bullock Creek runs through the property.
Locatuib near the end of the road ensures you get the peace and quiet you are searching for. It is very easy to feel you are the only person in the world while walking this property.
Driving in via the nicely presented entrance to the property, you are greeted by a mixture of lovely large Bloodwoods and Gums. Tracks slashed through the property enable you to drive down to the dam close to the front of the property or to drive the right hand and back boundary. An area has been cleared in the middle of the property as a possible house site.
All boundaries are in good condition and fenced with 4 strand barbed wire.
Bullock Creek, which enters the property on the back left hand boundary and exits the rear boundary, is a very pleasant surprise. Cabbage Palms, ferns, reeds, large melaleuca and huge gums line the lovely deep pools of water. This is a very peaceful area of the property where your visual and aural senses take in the pretty creek and the sounds of the birds.
