The front half of this property has been fully fenced with goat wire. The owners were running goats in this section as it had its natural water holes and plenty of feed there is also a small set of goat wire yards. The rear half of the block has not been touched it is as we say virgin land. A seasonal creek feeds the water holes this crosses the property at approximately the halfway mark. There are some excellent home sites on this block. It is approximately a 15 minute drive to the Baffle Creek Village while the Deepwater National Park would be about 10 minutes with Rules Beach and flat rock boat ramp
around a 15 minute drive. Power runs past the front of the property and a school bus services the area.
