A track has been pushed partway in to the block to where a house pad has been previously built up. This would need regrowth pushed off it. The nearest boat ramp on tidal Deepwater Creek is approx. 5.5km. Deepwater is also central to Wreck Rock Beach in the Deepwater National Park which divides Baffle Creek from Agnes Water, Rules Beach and tidal Baffle Creek.

If you decided to build, rubbish bin collection is available and mail is delivered 5 days a week. Children can catch the school bus nearby and rates would be approx. $750.00 per year.
