Close to quiet beaches and tidal waterways, these 40 acres (16ha) are located in the Deepwater area of the Baffle Creek district.

A track has been pushed partway in to the block to where a house pad has been previously built up. This would need regrowth pushed off it. Not far from this house pad, there is a dam so it would be a simple matter putting a pump on the dam and running poly pipe over to the house site to use the water for outdoor use.

Ranging between 8m and 15m above sea level, you have only 1.5km of good gravel road to get to the block, regardless of whether you are coming north from Bundaberg or south from Gladstone.

The nearest boat ramp on tidal Deepwater Creek is approx. 5.5km. Deepwater is also central to Wreck Rock Beach in the Deepwater National Park which divides Baffle Creek from Agnes Water, Rules Beach and tidal Baffle Creek.

If you decided to build, rubbish bin collection is available and mail is delivered 5 days a week. Children can catch the school bus nearby and rates would be approx. $750.00 per year.

Approx. distances: Baffle Creek facilities 16km, Bundaberg 102km, Gladstone 131km, Agnes Water 69km.

Well known for good fishing, crabbing and prawns, Baffle Creek is an undiscovered area and thus quiet and peaceful. Bitumen roads from north or south, most of our blocks are 40 acres or larger which helps ensure your privacy. Crocodile & box jellyfish free, there are 4 tidal waterways and beautiful unspoilt beaches. Add a sub-tropical climate to all this and what do you have – paradise :)
