A 16.27 ha (40.2 acre) bush block on all sealed road access from the Bruce Hwy and Bundaberg. It is centrally located with easy access to both Baffle Creek and Agnes Water. Again, on all sealed roads.

There is a rustic tin shed that would make an ideal camp for the time being. It has a fire place and the capacity to collect water from the roof. You can shelter a vehicle in here.

It has 231.7 meters wide of road frontage and runs 700m back from the road. A 150m driveway has been formed so you have access to the shed.

The property has a series of ridges averaging 50m to 60m above sea level. Between are defined drainage courses making some excellent dam sites.

Elevated at the southern end, there are spectacular mountain views to the north.

Power and phone utilities run along the road reserve.

The Department of Natural Resources have zoned the property green (vegetation not of concern). The regional ecosystem (12.11.6) is described as “Open-forest to woodland of Corymbia citriodora generally with Eucalyptus crebra. Other species such as Eucalyptus fibrosa subsp. fibrosa, E. exserta, E. tereticornis, E. moluccana, E. melanophloia, Angophora leiocarpa may be present in scattered patches or in low densities. Understorey grassy or shrubby. Occurs on Paleozoic and older moderately to strongly deformed and metamorphosed sediments and interbedded volcanics.”

It’s real value is a habitat for rare and threatened flora species including Cycas megacarpa.

Post is delivered 5 days a week. School bus passes by the front of the property.
