HERVEY BAY VIEWS NOW RANKS # 1 FOR GROWTH

According to a recent KPMG survey, Hervey Bay, 3 hours drive north of Brisbane, now ranks as number one out of 70 Australian cities in terms of growth.
This is an extraordinary result for what was not so long ago just a series of adjoining towns, the haven of fishermen and retirees.

This growth equates to around 2,800 people extra people every year and that is why its property market continues to boom.
In the recent June 07 half year, the median price for units in the Hervey Bay area reached a record high – 4.9% up on the same period the previous year.
According to PRD Nationwide Property Watch, the most notable trend in recent years has been an increase in demand for new units exceeding the $400,000 mark and that is where 5-star new developments like Sea Hervey Bay come in.
