All homes are built by a local builder, Fraser Shores Constructions and are "turnkey" – just move in.
Building contracts are a fixed price and they offer quality inclusions with a choice of colours and tiles with a generous allowance. You will receive personalized service and they are not project builders.
Fraser Shores Constructions Pty Ltd (QBSA 076 253) have been operating on the Fraser Coast since 1994 and have specialized in the construction of custom designed housing and residential projects. They deliver their clients a well constructed and priced home. Fraser Shores Constructions use local tradespeople and suppliers where possible and the standard of finish of all new homes is of a very high standard.
Their principal, Ron Cremor has had over 38 years experience with the building industry in Queensland and has been a licenced builder since 1980. He has worked on many projects throughout his career including residential, commercial, pole homes, architecturally designed projects, project management and more recently a large retirement village. Ron is a well respected builder in the industry and can offer clients the benefit of his professional expertise and his attention to detail.
Prices are estimates only and are subject to land availability and building costs at the time of enquiry, approvals and plan selected. Price does not include purchasing costs, stamp duty on land etc. These packages are based on the buyer purchasing the land and entering into a separate building contract with the builder. Render is an optional extra.
