The call of the sea requires that we sell our current venture to move to the dockside.

We have worked tirelessly to establish and develop our 41.17 hectare property. All the work has been done.
Our imposing residence overlooks the avocados, custard apples, the newly established pasture and the stand of native trees harbouring teeming bird and animal life.

Whilst only minutes from all services, the property offers a sanctuary in the middle of the Fraser Coast region. The production from the orchard is assured given the extensive refurbishment of all of the irrigation installations in the past two years. Over 120 bins of avocados are indicated by the current fruit set.

We are realists and advise that we have made the decision to sell and have instructed that all offers be presented. The Property will definitely be sold.
